To support Indigenous innovation and digital economy initiatives, the Caisse Desjardins de Hull-Aylmer funded a project called Tissage numérique. Set to debut in winter 2019, this project will have two components. FabLab ONAKI students will first fabricate digital looms using laser cutting techniques, and then participate in winter activities that will highlight certain Indigenous traditions.
