On August 12, 2018, the First Peoples Innovation Centre was invited by the City of Gatineau and Mosaïculture to showcase Indigenous culture at this major event. Attendees from all around the world enjoyed:
- A musical performance from Michael Wade to enthusiastic applause
- Dances and dance workshops given by Kegona Tenasco and Mahkena Guerin, providing direct artist interaction that was much appreciated by the audience
